Gary Herbold, President, leads his team with enthusiasm, dedication, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to providing clients with the highest levels of service. He has extensive experience in executive level positions within the financial services and insurance industries. As a Disabled Veteran, Gary is actively involved in outreach and provides mentorship designed to encourage and support disabled veteran entrepreneurs.

Dan Williams, Senior Vice President of Operations, built a successful career in business consulting in the areas of business strategy, strategic sourcing, and process reengineering for Fortune 100 clients in a variety of industries. As SVP of Operations, Dan works directly with customers to ensure we deliver excellent service and compelling value. Dan started his consulting career with Bain & Company, an international business consulting firm.

Amein Punjani, Senior Vice President of Business Solutions, has an abundance of experience advising large corporations across North America with strategic planning, business process reengineering, strategic sourcing, and supply chain strategy services. As SVP of Business Solutions, Amein leads Amerit’s Consulting and BPO practice areas. He began his career with Ernst & Young in Toronto, Canada, working with leading Canadian corporations.

Michael Larkins, Senior Vice President of Sales, has a 20 year history providing executive leadership in Human Capital Management, developing and deploying Vendor Management/Managed Services Provider programs, as well as providing traditional staffing solutions. As SVP of Sales, he provides oversight and leadership throughout the life of the contract. Michael is also actively involved with Supplier Diversity causes as a Board Member and Vice Chair for diversity councils in California, Texas, and Colorado.
