On his down time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and dogs and loves to teach and mentor whenever the opportunity arises; which is why any employee of Evergent Group would tell you what an exceptional guy he is. Known for operational control, strong judgement in high performance situations and unbeatable customer service, Sabrina is as efficient as they come. With over 23 years of staffing experience mainly in operations and client management, Sabrina states “finding the grey” is an important factor to function in the staffing industry and she strives to find the right solution for her team and customers. Sabrina recognizes that being unique is what makes a strong team and building to each person’s strength is key to any successful business. She believes all changes force you to focus on the end goal and allow you and your team to overcome and work together to get there. Sabrina has a love for traveling, adventure and experiencing new things and wants to be remembered as a kind, ethical and an appreciative person.
Thorough and thoughtful in analysis and presentations, Lisa has a knack for building businesses to last. Holding a Business degree with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Berkeley, Lisa is a stickler for details and her high expectations of her team provide outstanding production for Evergent Group. Lisa states the two personal attributes that have been most beneficial to her career are empathy and diligence which allow her to push forward even at difficult times. With a collaborative leadership style, Lisa has mentored many individuals over the years in a variety of settings and firmly believes in succession planning. Lisa often contributes to the non-profit, Coral Reef due to her love of the ocean, its protection and of course because she is a former scuba diver.
As a proud alumnus of Ohio State, Lamberto constantly strives to enhance and optimize his business approach with excellent client service. Starting off in recruiting assisted in Lamberto’s overall understanding of business and acknowledging both internal and external client relationships taught him the importance of ownership and accountability. Lamberto thrives on a collaborative environment and truly values the input and respect of his colleagues by sharing his experiences that are relevant to the situation at hand. Lamberto believes that being proactive and fully understanding the scope of a project and those impacted gives him the necessary empathy and edge to make educated decisions. On Lamberto’s free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and is an active volunteer at the San Diego Zoo.
Holding her Masters in Human Resources Management, Monica is described as a “walking HR dictionary” due to her knowledge of laws and regulation interpretations and organizational communications. What most excites Monica about her work and the contributions she makes is influencing others, solving issues and overall success. When Monica is not enjoying massages or traveling, she pours herself into her work which allows Evergent Group, her department and her employees to exceed client and peer expectations. Monica believes that striving for a solution or outcome that may seem out of reach continuously pushes her to make amazing things happen. The most important lesson Monica has learned along the way is that it’s ok to admit when you’re wrong or it’s ok to fail because you can learn from it.
Taking time to learn and understand details regarding processes has allowed Andy to leverage his IT expertise to exceed business needs. As an analytical problem solver, it’s no surprise that Andy was a finalist for the Top Tech Exec Awards and has consistently been recognized for his extensive knowledge in the information technology industry. Andy believes that building a strong team and communicating effectively is critical to the success of any business. Always looking for ways to help his team members grow, Andy also volunteers as an AYSO soccer coach and enjoys mentoring and teaching children. Andy prides himself in creating a challenging work environment and loves being able to go home at the end of the day knowing he made a difference.
Opportunity, collaboration and variety are what excite Noelle the most about her work and the contributions she makes at Evergent Group. With a degree in Advertising as well as minors in both Marketing and Graphic Design, Noelle provides a substantial platform in developing and evolving business. Since a young age, Noelle has been interested in the thought process behind campaigns and the implementation of concepts. Noelle believes in serving others and is a volunteer for a camp for children with congenital heart disease and an active contributor to the Humane Society. One of the most important lessons Noelle has learned throughout her career is to embrace change and to find and own your voice within an organization by asserting yourself to maximize potential.
Teamwork makes the dream work and Ashleigh regards her excellent communication style to ensuring that this statement is fulfilled. Ashleigh’s clients appreciate her attentiveness, compassion and how well diverse she is in system applications. As a huge Bay Area sports fanatic, Ashleigh’s down time is spent watching the Giants, Sharks and Warriors while her volunteer endeavors focus on children.
