If you feel we have not met our commitment to provide you with the highest caliber employees, you don't pay for our services.

Temporary Personnel: If the employee is unacceptable, you can terminate the contract within the first three days, and you will not be charged.

Contract Staff: If the employee is unacceptable, you can terminate the contract within the first five business days, and you will not be charged.

Recruiting Services: If the employee is terminated within the first 90 days, Amerit will find a replacement at no additional charge.
