Gary’s extensive experience, as an executive in the financial services and insurance industry, has set the standard for the dedication, integrity and high level of client satisfaction he maintains is the backbone of the company. With over 30 plus years in business, Gary credits his success to his beloved wife, children and grandchildren whom he loves most in this world.

Leading by example, Ian served in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantryman where he acquired a passion to help Veterans achieve success. Possessing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration for Executives, Ian is known for running large scale IT projects where technology is integrated to solve business needs. By identifying client’s inefficiencies, Ian excels in providing a streamlined approach to solve clients most complex obstacles. “Iron sharpens iron and constructive critique in a supportive culture is a great way to improve,” states Ian. As a true leader, Ian believes in order for your team to trust where you are taking them that you have to get down in the trenches and be willing to do everything your fellow team members and employees do.

Passionate about helping others, Lahka is quite adept at being able to wear multiple hats. With over 15 years of HR and staffing experience, Lahka’s ability to connect with people both personally and professionally allows her to develop relationships with business leaders that they can value long term. Her focus on partnership allows her to create service minded solutions, built on trust.   With experience developing and managing staffing programs for both Fortune 500 and 100 companies, she is able to pivot between rules, regulations, and processes, while providing the necessary operational control. She believes the key to success is finding a solution that works for the business need while mitigating risk and solving for potential issues. Growing up in a small town in Missouri, Lahka’s favorite way to spend her weekends is with her family and friends enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities and exploring new places.

As an analytical problem solver, it’s no surprise that Andy was a finalist for the Top Tech Exec Awards and has consistently been recognized for his extensive knowledge in the information technology industry. Andy believes that building a strong team and communicating effectively is critical to the success of any business. Always looking for ways to help his team members grow, Andy also volunteers as an AYSO soccer coach and enjoys mentoring and teaching children. Andy prides himself in creating a challenging work environment and loves being able to go home at the end of the day knowing he made a difference.

Opportunity, collaboration and variety are what excite Noelle the most about her work and the contributions she makes at Amerit. With a degree in Advertising as well as minors in both Marketing and Graphic Design, Noelle provides a substantial platform in developing and evolving business. Since a young age, Noelle has been interested in the thought process behind campaigns and the implementation of concepts. Noelle believes in serving others and is a volunteer for a camp for children with congenital heart disease and an active contributor to the Humane Society. One of the most important lessons Noelle has learned throughout her career is to embrace change and to find and own your voice within an organization by asserting yourself to maximize potential.
